Programming is not a field but it is an ideology and concept. Most developers in Burma are weak in Programming. What most developers know is only Web Development and Mobile Development. They don’t even know the meaning of “Front-end” and “Back-end”. You can pick one developer from the crowd and ask him what the Front-end and Back-end mean. Most of them will answer like Front-end is JavaScript, React,… and Back-end is PHP, SpringBoot,… That’s the most stupid answer ever.

Front-end/Back-end is a theory and it exists everywhere. Front-end is something that has to be interactive with the end-user (does not exactly describe that it has to be the Web). For ex: The phone and computer you are using has Front-end part (button, camera, body, color, OS) and Backend (CPU, Memory, battery).

Those JavaScript, React are so-called Front-end Web Development Languages/Framework.

Not every developer can be a programmer. Programming is a concept as I mentioned and Programming Language is a human-readable, compilable language that is used to implement that Programming Concept.

There are many types of Programming, most developer in Burma do not know. Imperative Programming, Competitive Programming, Functional Programming, Parallel Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, etc…

Those Programming style are also a theory/concept.

Most developers in Burma do not even know Maintainability, Scalability, Efficiency of the program. There are many design patterns of programming to improve Maintainability, Scalability and Efficiency. (Here, it comes Software Engineering)

Sidenote: every engineer can be a programmer/developer but not every developer/programmer cannot be an engineer.

To conclude this question, I would kindly ask to learn what programming means and then review this question again and study those so-called Design Patterns. Those “React, Laravel, JavaScript, etc..” are “အတတ်ပညာ” and those Programming Theory and Engineering are “အသိပညာ”.

A developer who does not have “အသိပညာ” will not be different from those ……..

Programming ဆိုတာ အတွေးအခေါ် အယူအဆတစ်ခုသာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ပညာရပ်တစ်ခုမဟုတ်ဘူး။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက developer တော်တော်များများက programming အားနည်းကြတယ်။ သူတို့သိတာက web နဲ့ mobile development လောက်ဘဲသိတာ။ Front-end နဲ့ Back-end ရဲ့အဓိပ္ပါယ်တောင် မသိကြဘူး။ developer တစ်ယောက်လောက်ကိုခေါ်ပြီး front-end နဲ့ back-end ရဲ့အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကို သိလားလို့မေးကြည့်လိုက်။ တော်တော်များများရဲ့အဖြေက JavaScript, React တို့က front-end ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ PHP,SpringBoot စတာတွေက back-end ဆိုတဲ့ အသုံးမကျတဲ့ အဖြေဘဲအမြဲဖြေလိမ့်ယ်။

front-end back-end ဆိုတာ သီအိုရီ တစ််ခုဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ နေရာတိုင်းမှာရှိတယ်။ front-end ဆိုတာ အသုံးပြုသူ user တွေနဲ့ထိတွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်တာ( web ပါလို့ တရားသေဆိုလိုတာမဟုတ်ဘူး)။ ဥပမာ ခင်ဗျားသုံးနေတဲ့ ဖုန်းတွေ ကွန်ပျူတာတွေ မှာပါတဲ့ ခလုပ်၊ ကင်မရာ၊ ကိုယ်ထည်၊ အရောင်နဲ့  OS က front_end ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ CPU,Memory, Battery စတာတွေက back-end တွေဖြစ်တယ်။
ပြောပြောနေကြတဲ့ JavaScript, React တွေဆိုတာက front-end Web Development languages / Framework တွေ။
Developer တိုင်းက programmer မဖြစ်နိုင်ဘူး။ Programming ဆိုတာ concept တစ်ခုလို အစပိုင်းမှာ ပြောခဲ့သလို  Programming Language ဆိုတာ လူသားတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ဖတ်လို့နားလည်ပြီးတော့ Programming concept ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်တဲ့ဟာ။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက developer တော်တော်များများ မသိသေးတဲ့ programming အမျိုးအစားအများကြီးရှိတယ်။ ဘာတွေလဲဆိုတော့ Imperative Programming, Competitive Programming, Functional Programming, Parallel Programming, Object-Oriented Programming အစရှိတဲ့ language တွေဘဲ။ 
ဒီ programming တွေရဲ့ ပုံစံကလည်း theory/ concept တွေဘဲ။

နောက်ဆုံးကျွန်တော်မေးချင်တာက programming ရဲ့အဓိပ္ပါယ်က ဘာလဲဆိုတာသေချာ်လေ့လာပြီး  design patterns တွေကို ဘယ်လိုလေ့လာမလဲလို့မေးချင်တယ်။ React , Laravel, JavaScript စတာတွေက “အတတ်ပညာ”  ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ Programming theory နဲ့  engineering တွေက “အသိပညာ” တွေဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
“အသိပညာ” မရှိတဲ့ developer တစ်ယောက်ကလည်း ဒါတွေနဲ့ ထူးမခြားနားဘဲ။
